My favorite little Etsy discovery - Twysted Yarn - posted something that I believe is worth sharing. She has a friend stationed in Pakistan with Doctors Without Borders. Because of the floods in Pakistan and the transitional shelters that many are in, the cold weather is becoming an issue for small children. Morgan, of Twysted Yarn, is collecting beanies for newborn - 3 months. You can email her for info on how to send your donations of beanies you have knit or crocheted, or you can purchase one HERE for a mere $4 and she will add it to the collection to ship. Her goal is to collect 1,000 beanies to send to Pakistan. Will you help by either knitting/crocheting your own to send to Morgan or by purchasing one from her shop? I did!
** Side Note ** This is the same shop where I have purchased hats for little buddy and wrist warmers for myself. She has great customer service and great quality work. Just thought you'd like to know she's legit. :)
